What we collect

• Your name, e-mail address and WhatsApp number, because an order has to be confirmed and delivered to someone.
• Your orders, and the design files you upload with them.
• Your IP address, in server logs and in the rate limiting that protects sign-in and the upload endpoints from abuse.
• A one-time code when you verify an address or reset a password. It is stored hashed and expires in fifteen minutes.

What we do not do

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels. There is no tracking cookie on this site.

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not send marketing e-mail. The only e-mail we send is about your account and your orders.

We do not process or store card details. Payment is arranged with you directly.

Where it is kept

On our own server. Your details are not copied into a third-party CRM or marketing platform.

Outgoing e-mail passes through our own mail server in order to reach you. Nothing else leaves our systems.

How long we keep it

• Orders and their invoices: kept as business records for as long as we are required to keep them.
• Uploaded design files: kept while the order is live, and removed once they are no longer attached to an order or a cart.
• Server logs and rate-limiting records: short-lived, and not used to build a profile of you.
• Your account: kept until you ask us to close it.

Your choices

You can see and correct your own details from your account page at any time.

Write to info@swbai.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to have something corrected, or to have your account closed. We will confirm when it is done. Orders we are required to keep as business records stay, but they are detached from the account.

Cookies

This site stores a small amount of data in your browser to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and remember your language and theme. None of it is shared, and none of it tracks you across other sites.
