Placing an order

An order placed on this site is a request, not a completed sale. Every order is reviewed by a person before it is accepted, and nothing is charged at the moment you submit it.

We confirm availability, delivery and payment with you on WhatsApp using the number on your account. An order becomes binding on us only once we have confirmed it.

We may decline an order — for example when a part is no longer in stock, when a price was listed in error, or when a design cannot be manufactured to the specification given. If we decline, we tell you why and nothing is charged.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. Quantity breaks are applied automatically at the quantity you order.

Prices for fabrication and 3D printing are quoted from the specification and the file you upload. If the file and the specification disagree, we contact you before manufacturing rather than guessing.

A price shown on this site can change before an order is confirmed. The price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price that applies.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with you when we confirm the order. This site does not process card payments and does not store payment details.

Manufacturing or dispatch begins after payment is arranged, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Your designs and files

You keep ownership of every design file you upload. We use them only to quote and manufacture your order.

You confirm that you have the right to have the design manufactured, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We do not manufacture designs intended for weapons, or anything unlawful under the laws that apply to us.

Accounts

You need a verified account to order. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account.

We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service — for example, automated ordering, or uploads intended to exhaust our systems.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match what we confirmed. Where something we supply is faulty, our responsibility is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it.

We are not responsible for how a component or a manufactured part performs inside your own design, or for losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
