The questions we are asked most often on WhatsApp, answered here so you do not have to ask them.
How long does it take?
It depends on the layer count, the finish and the size of the run, so we confirm the date together with the price. Before you commit to anything, not after.
Do you check my design before making it?
Yes. Every board is looked at for manufacturability, and anything that cannot be made as drawn is raised with you before fabrication starts.
The preview does not look like my board.
The preview is drawn from your own Gerbers, so it shows you exactly what the files say. Nine times in ten the board outline is missing from the export, which leaves us measuring the copper instead of the board. You can correct the size by hand before ordering, and we check it again anyway.
What happens to my files?
They are used to make your boards and nothing else, and they stay with your order so you can reorder from them. Before you order, the Remove button deletes them for good.
Do I need an account?
For a fabricated board, yes. It is made to your specification from your files, so it has to belong to someone: there is no guest path for made-to-order work. Asking for a price on WhatsApp does not need one.
Can the price change after I add it to the cart?
The price is confirmed when you place the order. If our rates changed in between, the cart tells you and asks you to accept the new price. It is never changed quietly underneath you.
