From your file to your door

The same four steps whichever way you order. Only the second one changes: either you set the specification, or we do.

    One STL, in millimetres. Nothing else is needed from you.

  2. The print is set up

    You choose the orientation, material and settings, or you leave that to us and we choose what the part needs.

  3. We print

    On the same machine this page quoted for, at the settings you chose. What you saw is what runs.

  4. It ships

    Tracked from your account, with every stage dated. Reprint the same part later in one click.

Before you order

The questions we are asked most often on WhatsApp, answered here so you do not have to ask them.

How long does it take?

You see the real print time for your part straight away. The delivery date depends on that plus whatever is ahead of it on the machine, and we confirm it together with the price.

Will it be strong enough?

That is mostly decided by which way up it prints, not by the material: layers peel apart far more easily than the plastic itself breaks. Tell us how the part is loaded and we will orient it against that, or turn it yourself in the configurator.

My part is bigger than the plate.

It can usually be split into sections that bolt or bond together, which is often stronger than one large print would have been. Send it over and we will tell you where the joints should go.

What happens to my model?

It is used to print your part and nothing else, and it stays with your order so you can reprint from it. Before you order, the Remove button deletes it for good.

Do I need an account?

For a printed part, yes. It is made to your settings from your model, so it has to belong to someone: there is no guest path for made-to-order work. Asking for a price on WhatsApp does not need one.

Is the price on screen the price I pay?

Yes. It is measured from your own part at your own settings, and confirmed when you place the order. If our rates changed in between, the cart tells you and asks you to accept the new price.
